Group Accommodation BrinkStee

You are staying in a historical monument which dates from 1801 at the Brink at de Eerste Laan 1 in Norg. This typical Dutch ‘Saksische Boerderij’ (Saxon Farm) has an orchard, a playground for kids with a trampoline and a table tennis table. There is also a roofed terrace with lounge chairs in the hay barn with a small playground for kids and in the garden you will find a wood fired hot tub.

The BrinkStee is an original Saxon Farm built in 1801. There are 7 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with toilet. On the first floor is another bedroom with 4 single [box]beds. There is a bathroom down the hall.
On the ground floor is the living space with a large open kitchen with a big furnace with three ovens. There is also a large fridge plus a dishwasher and comfortable loungers in the seating area. Back in the day this used to be the barn where the cows and pigs were kept.
Wellness
If you like, you can use the Finnish sauna and the wood fired hot tub. The cost for the wood fired hot tub is 65 euros for the first use of wood and cleaning service. After that it’s 15 euros per day. Guests will have to heat up the water of the hot tub themselves. This takes at least three to four hours.
Environment
Come visit us for a relaxing holiday and enjoy the history of Norg with its beautiful “Essen” historical and agricultural landscape. The environment of Norg is perfect for long walks [ATB] or bicycle tours. The village center of Norg is close by and offers a variety of shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
You can even do a city trip. The towns of Assen (15 km) and Groningen (20 km) are not far and easily accessible by bus [nr 83]. Bus stops are in front of the house.
The town of Assen is well known for its TT Circuit which hosts events such as the British Superbikes and the Dutch TT. Bikers are welcome! Your motorbikes can be safely stalled at our property.
